I have used a herb called Vitex also known as Agnus Castus.... Vitex has become one of the most widely relied-upon botanicals in American and European herbalism. It modifies the effect of the hypothalamus and pituitary glands. Vitex extract helps regulate and balance female hormone production. It has been researched due to its reputation for supporting female hormonal levels during menopause. Both extensive clinical studies, as well as over two thousand years of use in folk medicine, have proven the effectiveness of this remedy. It works by stimulating and normalizing the pituitary gland, which regulates the balance of estrogen and progesterone in the body. It is the single best herb for treating the many possible symptoms of PMS. It is a safe, gentle, and effective remedy, with something to offer women in every cycle of life.

Thats just a little bit about it... Research into it some more... I found to help alot.... I am waiting to find out if I'm pregnant... 8 days til I find out... Good Luck!!

The only risk associated with getting a tattoo and pregnancy is the possibility of infection. If the tattoo artist doesn't know what they are doing and if you do not keep the tattoo clean while it's healing, you may get an infection. But other than that, it's not dangerous to get a tattoo while trying to get pregnant or if you are already pregnant. Some tattoo artists get paranoid about this and will sometimes refuse to tattoo you if this is the case.

I recently read that Evening Primrose Oil helps in the quality of your cervical mucus to promote more of the egg white like mucus most conducive to conception. I had been taking it for relief of PMS symptoms, which worked really well. Anyway, I ended up pregnant with # 3 and we were not TTC, in fact my dh just had a vasectomy & we were still having protected sex b/c he hadn't been cleared by his Dr yet as being a successful vasectomy.(we aren't going to be able to afford college for #1...let alone #2 and now #3....Thank goodness for student loans I guess:) Anyway, I would look into that just google fertility and evening primrose oil and see what you can find. I cannot remember where I read it online. The very best of luck to you!

There are lots of things that could be wrong. You could have PCOS, progesterone deficiency, estrogen deficiency, endometriosis, thin uterine lining, anovulatory cycles, allergy to sperm, acidic CM, mistiming, or there could be some trouble with your husband. TTC can be much more difficult for a lot of people than they expected. There's no one magical vitamin or remedy - you need to find out what's wrong.
Go to www.naprotechnology.com they'll have you chart your cycle for 3 months and tell you what is wrong and then proceed to tell you how to fix it. This has worked for lots of women. It's worth giving it a try!

Good luck!
