I have a friend who moved to Greece after high school, about 15 years ago...we kept in touch for a few years via letters and then lost touch...and now, in the world of internet, I'm wondering if I can find her after all this time (and she might have married). Any suggestions??

you have to be in greece to call 11880. you can use www.whitepages.gr and try just her name.even better if you have place she moved to. If you do know the location , you can just send her a postcard with her name. and town country zip. it may get to her if she lives in a village or island. but not good idea for more populated areas. if she lives in a village or small town you can also try calling the mayors office and asking for help.

well if you know what job she does and what is her name you might do sth.
anyways in greece whenever you want to find the telephone for example of a person u dial 11880 but i dont know where you live in to tell you what u dial in front for a Greek phone but the number above gives you a chance to learn a home number of someone. but i dont know if those agents over there know english.
also from the net maybe you could go to www.google.gr which is the Greek version of google and anyways maybe type her name over there and find some information about her for example her address or sth.
try those stuff and maybe you can lead yourself somewhere.

you can search through the telephone catalogues if you know her family name..and the adress also.I did it some times and it worked..if you know it, it is easy to find her even ,married
