please tell me how this is done....i know solubility is the rate of which they dissolve but how do i know which one dissolves the fastest?

Whether or not something dissolves in a liquid depends on the ability of the solvent to interact with the (or ions) of the solute. How FAST something dissolves depends on the temperature of the solvent (warmer liquids will dissolve solutes more quickly than will cold solutes) and on the size of chunks of the solute. So, sugar dissolves more quickly in hot coffee than in iced tea, and granulated salt dissolves more quickly than rock salt. Stirring just moves the dissolved substance away from the undissolved, and will also speed up dissolving.

With those ideas, you should be able to answer all your questions.

The first four are all answer "a". The last is "b".

Small particles, an ionic solute and hot water as the solvent are the best conditions.
