she is called Makeda (Ge'ez: ማክዳ mākidā) in the Ethiopian tradition, and in Islamic tradition her name is Belqees (Bilqis)

The bible left her unnamed. In the Ethiopian tradition, she is known as Makeda. In the Islamic tradition, she is know as Belqees.

I don't know but I read - somwhere - that Yogi Berra once met a queen (Wilhelmina or Elizabeth or...?) and merely said, "Hello, Queen", which seems adequate to me.

It was either an Ethiopian name or a Yemeni name (there is debate that she came from either place).
