Element-Appearance- Atomic Mass- Conducts electricty

Nitrogen-Inivisible Gas- 14.0- No
Argon- Invisible Gas- 39.9- No

Would you expec elements Nitrogen and Argon to have similar chemical properties given only this information?

No, because chemical reactivity is (almost) always determined by (outer) electrons. Since your data doesnt include this info, I would say I couldnt tell if the two would be similar or not.
