There's nothing odd or wrong with the way you feel. We can develop quite a kinship with people online...the physical presence is not as important as the ability to share thoughts and feelings with someone who is not judging by physical appearances, but rather by what is in your heart and mind. I hope that somehow things change again so that you you'll have more time to be with your friend. I've been in your situation...

im missing 2 of my friends at the mo. everyone else is always on there, the 2 i like talking to the most are hardly ever there.
