I am in Alaska and believe me I would better drive under the rain than under 3 fit of snow in 20 below weather.
Right now it is almost 60 degrees here in Anchorage, sunny and no rain whatsoever, so we are actually asking for a drop or two.
May be if you and I really wish to switch it will stop raining on your side of the country?

I certainly didn't. I can't go out when it's raining because I had surgery on my foot a few weeks ago and I can't get the bandages wet. so here I am, sitting at the computer all day, which I kinda don't mind, because I use a walkie-talkie to have the family wait on me hand & FOOT. lol. feels good to have them waiting on me for a change.
