tops,I am the one my relatives and friends come to when they want casseroles and things made on hoildays,especially my homeade enchiladas

I wouldn't call myself a top chef, but I did well enough to cook for my own restaurant for 9 years! Yet my relatives are still amazed.

My current skill level:
Breakfast: Breakfast Ninja.
Lunch: Can cook for relatives and they would like it.
Dinner: Enough to survive.
Dessert: Top Chef. (I haven't acquired the rank of Ninja yet)

Im no top chef but I can cook some really great Italian food, and I just saw this recipe for feta and zuchinni cupcakes! Hmmm...I have to go back and get that cook book I saw at Books a Million!

Enough 2 Survive.
cooking is a chore & a bind.
i've never, ever said i was a good cook.
now i just throw it in the oven/micro/under the grill & when it looks done, i dish it up.
after years spent slaving over many a hot oven, i've discovered that the amount of effort i've put into it in no way justifies the complaints & ridicule, i get.
don't want it?
don't eat it, then!

I can cook better than for relatives, but haven't reached Top Chef category...I'm pretty good..
