How do I take 2 wav files, and run them together to make just one wav file?

You can use Sound Recorder for that (Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> Entertainment). Click Edit and then Insert File...then go to the end and insert another file.

If you want a better program, get Audacity (it's free too).

You'll need an audio editor program to merge them.

Try Nero Wave Editor, it is such a good one.
