I mean, this president lost the WTC towers on his watch, and now Vermont?
Would Bush declare the "Republic of Vermont" as belonging to the Axis of Evil, and promptly invade her?
What would the Vermontians call their money?

Vermont dollars would be worth at least twice what US dollars are worth! People would be rushing to exchange their cash in VT.! If he invaded VT. they would be repelled at the border, because not one of the US military would fire on any of them!

If some nutty people from Vermont want to get out of the USA just to make GWB look bad, they are better out of the country and we are better off without them.
If they think the "problems" of the USA can only be solved by breaking up the country and not trying to fix them from within, then those people from vermont are the real problem, NOT GWB.
In any case who is often thought of as one of the "Best" presidents ever? Abe Lincoln!!! He had about half the country try to quit!!! Now we look at the southerners as being pig headed and wrong not Lincoln. Many look at the nuts from Vermont in the same way.
In any case it is not ar real "movement" just a few nutcases.

i think of so. Any of the northern states on the sea (East or West) might desire to secede and be eminently valuable. a number of them at the same time might desire to artwork much greater helpful. as an occasion, long island/New Jersey/Pennsylvania could make a large usa. Thomas Jefferson reported that revolution could be stable for us each and every technology or so . . . .
