Actually, Libby was indicted for obstructing justice. Not really the same thing as "not remembering." Read the charges.
And maybe the Dem Congressmen will answer your question if the Repub Congressmen will answer this one:
Wouldn't it be wiser to delete sexually explicit IMs and e-mails between yourself and teenage Congressional pages, rather than leaving them on your computer for federal investigators to find?
