Will depend on which model Ferrari you want to rent, and where you are renting. Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, and other large cities may have more than one agency that offers such cars, and they may have some as far back as the 328 or 348 (which will be much less expensive than the newer F355 or F360).
An older Ferrari may be had for as little as $1000/day, while the newer cars would demand at least a $200/day premium over that, and probably closer to $500/day more. A convertible would also demand an additional premium.
There is also likely to be a high fee for milage over a certain amount - somewhere between 50-100 miles will likely be included in the rental price, with additional cost for each mile beyond. You will also need to make sure your insurance is in order and meets all of the requirements for renting a car such as this.

Not that simple. First of all, not everywhere just rents a high-end car. Secondly you would need more than just the basic license, etc. Proof of total comphrehensive insurance, income statements, no accidents, etc. Probably need all that plus be over 25 years of age. Don't think it's going to happen anytime soon.

Just type in search engine "Rent a Ferrari"
As I said you'll find you have to be either 25 or 28 years old with perfect driving record and full coverage insurance.
