There is no Mimiumum value. As long as x = a positive number the result of the equation will be a negitve. So the higher the positive number for x the lower the sum is going to be.
example : x=1 (1)2 - 3(1) + 4= 3

x=2 : (2)2 - 3(2) + 4= 2

x=5 (5)2 - 3(5) +4= -1

The answer is Prime!!! There is no number that will make this so because the only products of 4 are 4*1 and 2*2 and neither multipy to make a positive 4 and add to make a -3.

4 if you set x at zero, 3 if x is one. Tricky, that zero wd give more than 1.
