Quite a few people immediately posted links showing this person to be completely wrong in his/her assertion... yet others STILL responded as though what he/she said was 100% true.

Are we THAT blinded by party politics????

This is not really a place for intelligent debate or to gain any sort of knowledge. It's a place to put down those who disagree with you. I'm not saying that has to be good or bad or whatever, for some effing reason I'm still in here -- but let's just call a spade a spade.

Clearly they didn't even look at the website or watch CNN. All the major news networks are all over this story. There is nothing better for selling the news than a Congressman (of any party) getting indicted for fraud and bribery.

I think so. I'm growing increasingly frustrated by YA. There is all name calling and no real debate. It's childish and people wonder why the state of politics in America is a mess. Look to the people for the reasons why.

yes it happens all the time, a right wing nut posts something that is completely false and then then the rest of the nuts immediately jump on the bandwagon irregardless of whether it's true or false

Only in Louisiana would we re-elect a politician who was found with $90k in cash in his freezer.

Our excuse? He was better than the person running against him!
