My computer is much slower and sometimes a blue screen pops up saying a bunch of gibberish saying I need to restart my computer. Ive ran several virus scans, ad-aware, spyware doctor, defragged, and scanned disk. What is wrong with my computer?

Your hard drive might be going bad...back up your data ASAP. Run a test on your hard drive and your RAM.

Get a hard drive diagnostic from the manufacturer of your hard drive. Run MemTest86 to test your RAM.

Actually the gibberish you are referring to can help in resolving and determining exactly what is going on with the machine. Next time take a aminute and write some of it down and post that or do a google search on it to see if you can get some help. The issue could be anything at this point without more information

The blue screen is known as the Blue Screen Of Death. Windows has found an error in your computer. Try uninstalling unused software and doing a windows update. Also, try virus scan again. This usually happens on older computers. If your computer was made before 2002, you should consider getting a new one.
