When my cousin got his toungue pierced she was mad but got over it, but i am much closer to my grandma then my other cousins. I want her to love me with or without the ring, but i don't know if she will forgive me, she is very religeus and forgives everyone for anything. But what should i do to get her to speak to me?

Let her forgive you in her own acceptable time.
You can't make people love you unconditionally. IF someone's love is that important to you then you TAKE CARE that you always will have it, period.
I don't know you but your actions with the piercing seem like follow the crowd & be a bit rebellious.

She will get over it, especially since you're closest with her.
Give her time, maybe consider getting a retainer for the piercing to wear around her, if it has to come to that.

Tell her this...
"Grandma, I am not going to change my personality just because of this nose ring. I wanted to try this to change up my look. I'm not going to get any other extreme things done (right?). Don't look at me differently, please- do you remember when you were younger and tried out new things/ That is what I'm doing."
