Hi. Dell sometimes has an invisible partition for resetting to defaults. I would get a Dell HD.

brand name doesnt really matter. its all about the interface format. you need to make sure if the drive is sata for example that your mobo has sata ports on it. dells are special they just manufacture a lot of it themselves but they work just like any other comp.
