I get up, put on some loud music and go to town cleaning my house. that usually helps a ton, gotta get your body moving to feel better. sometimes i put on a good movie (comedy, romance or even a sad movie), eat a lot of chocolate or other comfort food, and just have some alone time. other times i light a few candles, run a hot bubble bath and get a bottle of wine and a few good chocolates and sit and relax. its all up to you and what you enjoy doing to help you to feel better. if you enjoy going out, go out with your friends, go sit and watch the sun set or watch the sun rise. Sit and look at the stars all night.

Talk to someone who cares either friends or family, shop, go out dancing and socializing or take a trip to la la land, or pathetically sit here answering questions....... :P
