I've tooled around a bit, and looks like you'll probably have to jump through hoops. I'm assuming we're talking about a webpage?

Try viewing the source (View...Source -- this works on IE and FireFox) . Drop downs will normally have the entire list in the open html. Scroll down through your source page until you find your long, long list. Odds are, each entry you are looking for will be in quotes. Highlight, copy and paste the 10,000 lines, into something like Excel. You may want to do Edit, Paste Special... and choose text.

Hopefully, you just pasted 10,000 some odd rows into Excel. Now, the easy part. Highlight your single column, choose "data" at the top, text to columns, delimited, and have it drill down by quotes. If you're lucky, you may end up with a bunch of columns, but one of them being the list you're looking for.

Hi. If the drop down is in your mouse's focus, press Cntl + a. If the text selects, copy and paste.
