conception after ovulation?? DID i ovulate yet??? ..is this possible?

Question

i have been having 31 day cycles for the past few months.. my last period started on May 13th and ended May 17th... my partner and i had sex on June 1st and 2nd, and we tried the pull-out method (i know- not dependable) but it wasnt exactly successful... he came inside of me a little bit... so im just wondering..is pregnancy even possible? ..i think i would have ovulated a couple days earlier than the days we had sex, but im not sure? ....help?

oh and p.s.-- please dont lecture me on birth control and how stupid it is to use the pull-out method... if i were to get pregnant, we would be happy to have a baby together. we arent aiming for conception, but we just arent avoiding it either..

please just help me answer my question?

I have a 31 day cycle too, and this mean you ovulate on or around day 17 of your cycle, which would have been May 30th . It would have been close, but you would not have been fertile by June 1st, so I'm guessing you wont get pregnant. However sometimes you will ovulate a day or 2 off any given cycle and if this happened, then you could have gotten pregnant.

If your cycle is 31 days, you would be most fertile on May 27, but there's a chance of pregnancy from two days before to two days after. Sperm can live inside your body for up to 72 hours after having sex, if conditions are right (if you were ovulating).

You can tell when you're ovulating by checking your cervical mucous. If there's very little or none, your period just ended. If it's whitish and sort of sticky, you're not ovulating yet. If it's very slippery/stringy, you're ovulating.

if you're period started on th 13th, then most likely you ovulated around the 26th through the 29th maybe even up to the 1st. Its possible you're pregnant but you'd have to wait about 3 weeks to really find out.
