no. it is a depressing fact that many prsioners are innocent yet there is no way to prove so. The system i sso tough that even if u r innocent u cant win!
Also, so crimes are worse than others and get less of a sentence...its not fair.

Before being sentenced into prison , There is court, trial and everything regarding that defendants case must be presented. A prosecutor must present their case by submitting very hard evidence to the jury and lots of it !!
Just think of how many criminals that don't go to prison , because of a case being aquitted, not enough evidence , etc. Until there is such cases were a prisoner can prove himself innocent after being sentenced to prison, I think most very much deserve to be there . As they may say, things catch up with bad people sooner or later .

No, but 99% do. I'm sure there's an occassional person that gets convicted of a crime they didn't committ, plus did not have any other crimes that they got away with.
I figure most in prison were convicted of the crime they committed, and many of whom were convicted of a crime they didn't commit, were criminals anyway who got away with other crimes.
