Noises that make the hairs on your arms stand on end, like nails on a chalk board.

For me it's a metal spoon scraping on the bottom of a pan or people who bite their cutlery and then drag it through their teeth when they eat.

OMG, I've got a new one. The new girl at the office. When she fake laughes at customers comments over the phone or even how she answers the phone. Drives me crazy! Sets my nerves on edge. I feel like Kramer on Sienfield, when he'd go into convulsions everytime he heard that womans voice on entertainment tonight....lol.

For me it's anything scrapping on concrete, especially that really smooth, new concrete!

On our patio we have wooden outdoor furniture on new, smooth concrete and it makes me cringe SO bad when I have to move some furniture!

Also, clay scraping on anything is sick, and I can't stand chalk on anything either!
