No, sweetie, you need to get your education first. There's no guarantee that you could make it as a pro snowboarder. Get that diploma, then follow your dream. If you're good now, think how much better you'll be by the time you graduate!

Consider this...in the future you have quit school and your well on your way to becoming a pro snowboarder. You hit a tree stump hidden in a mogul and take a hard tumble and wind up breaking something so badly the doctor says you'll never be able to snowboard again..what then? What have you got to fall back on at that point? Pro athletes attend school...I'll bet most pro snowboarders did too.. Or better yet, you drop out of school and have no idea how to manage your finances, and your manager swindles you out of everything but your too ignorant to know any better because you dropped out of school. Stay in school or you'll wind up frying burgers when your 50 years old....

School first then boarder. You seem to be able to practice boarder while in school if you are a freshman and do front 7's. I say keep that up. Why do you want to run away? Is there a problem at home? School getting hard? These are all things you can get help with without quitting school. Good luck.

Well, you should`nt quit school just to go snowboarding, for the simple fact that your education is very imporant to you. What are you majoring in?Take that into consideration. You also, want to take in that a job would be on time for to support yourself. So,don`t rush into anything,at this point.o.k.You can still go snowboarding in the future.See ya.

i'll play devils advocate.....what would you do if tomorrow you woke up after quitting school went out snowboarding and crushed your pelvis or even became paralyzed?....sorry dude but education first....snowboarding as a hobby....hey you could go semi-pro and still go to school....just because Tony Hawk is 38 and can still skate doesnt mean that everyone can perform these stunts to this age...ya only got 4 years to graduation....continue to work on perfecting and creating your moves

If your in high school NO! If your in college just take a winter of and go all other semesters so that you can develop your talent while furthering you education. You don't want to go pro just to get A bad injury and have to live with your parents.
