You don't have to match you outfit. Actually sometimes it's best not to. Depending on your skin tones, you could do warm browns or cool grays. Try finding a neutral color that's not too different than you're natural skin tone and two darker colors that are a shade or two apart. Apply a light shimmery neutral color to your whole eyelid. Next take the darkest color and apply it in the crease of you eyelid. Now you can take the middle color and use it from the crease of your lid to your eyelashes. Make sure to blend it well enough with the darker color! This will give you a nice smokey eye. You can go as dark or as subtle as you like!

Typically you don't want to match your eyeshadow too much to your outfit. You should probably wear some neutral colors, or even some light golds. Since you are wearing black and some red, you don't want to overpower your eyes too much.

If the occasion's in the evening, go for smoky eyes.
Use some white, grey, and black shadow on your lid and smudge dark eyeliner on the bottom.

I would say go with a smokey look for your eyes and nude lips. You can try a charcoal grey or just a dark shadow with eyeliner and mascara. Follow this with jst a clear gloss for the lips.

I vote for the gold. I think it would pop with your green eyes and really pick up the red top too. You might want to wear some simple gold jewelry too to complete the look. Godloveya.

I was told not to match make-up with clothing. Use what will make the color of your eyes pop.

like always: to bring out the color that shows the LEAST in the dress, wear that color: in your case, RED. Have fun! Just don't gob it all on your eyelids!

That's hard. Perhaps a neutral pastel. A gentle blue, brown.
