Once I saw the scene after the credits in the third movie I started to wonder if they would.

yes they are - that's what I've heard. I think it will be a lot better, because the director would know what to make differently (and more like the first). The 3rd movie was almost finished even before the 2nd came out in theaters. But now they know not to make it like the 2nd because most people didn't think the 2nd was that great.

My guess is they will but it wont be a "POTC" movie. Instead it will be just focused on the Jack Sparrow character. Johnny Depp wants it to happen so that's my guess.
