NO DOUBT. Vlady is probably the best all around player in the MLB
he has great power
he always hits for a high average
he has very good speed for someone his size and always steal a lot of bases
he is a great defensive player
and he has probably the best arm in the MLB
plus he's the most feared hitter in the mlb mainly because u can pitch him any pitch in any spot and he'll still hit it hard.
he'll be a much better hitter if was a little more patient but besides that he's still one of the top 5 players in the MLB.

Well on his way, only injuries can stop him. I remember when Vlad and Andruw Jones were in the minors, at the same time, and most everyone thought Andruw would make it bigger in the majors, I guess Vlad had a thing or two to say about that.

Yeah. Even though he's only been playing 10 years he has had a lot of great seasons, he won an MVP and the WS. So even if he never plays another game I think he's a lock for the hall. Right not he's not first ballot but maybe in at least 3 or 4 years he will be considered first ballot.
OK so who gave me thumbs down?! LOL

No, i'm afraid no longer. he's in his 9th season, he's in simple terms performed in 2 all celebrity video games (2005 and 2007). No suitable ten finishes in MVP balloting (he comprehensive 18th in his terrific season). he's led the league in stolen bases as quickly as, and doubles as quickly as. no longer plenty going for him there. No Gold Gloves. he's already 31 and in elementary terms has a million,127 hits and a .284 conventional. And it incredibly is in simple terms his 6th or seventh season as a known. occupation highs in hits are 181, one hundred eighty and 176. that's ok, no longer large although. His occupation intense conventional replaced into .314, in 2005. That replaced into his in elementary terms .3 hundred season. He scores at 4 on the Black Ink try (avg HOF = 27) He meets 22 according to cent of the HOF standards (avg. HOF = 50%) not one of the ten maximum comparable gamers to him are interior the HOF, nor will any of them ever be. Edgar Martinez replaced right into a 7 time all celebrity...that's an entire distinctive point than Roberts. they do no longer seem to be remotely comparable. I do exactly no longer see Roberts as doing any of the flaws that hall of Famers do. What do you spot in him, different than the certainty that he's a stable participant?

We'll see. A little early to tell. He definitely could end up being a Hall of Famer, but so far he hasn't accomplished anything to put him in that class...... To that guy saying that he won a WS, no he hasn't. He was with the Expos when the Angels won.

If he plays 5-8 more years at his current (or close) pace, he should finish with over 500 HR, 250+ SB, an close to 3000 hits, and be a no-doubter.

Absolutely! He's only 31 and has compiled enough monster seasons already to be serious candidate. Barring a career ending injury, he's a lock. And even if his career ended today, my money would be on him getting voted in.

Definitely he is. He needs a few more years, mind, but he is one of the premier hitters around right now, with an MVP in his kit bag, so it's just a question of time.

Oh yes he is. I'm so glad he's getting the coverage he deserves. Nobody knew about him when he played in Montreal and he was a great player back then too.
