I don't know and I agree. It should be a public nuisance ticket or something like "disturbing the fresh air".

Some people actually don't believe in wearing deodorant. Yes it should be illegal.

It's their own choice whether or not they want to wear it. Besides, a shower does the same job as deodorant. A lot of people don't like to wear it.

Some people do not wear deodorant because:
1. They may be allergic
2. It is not common in their culture
3. They think it is unnecessary
And it is a lifestyle choice, and if you want to dictate others lifestyles, then you are fascist.
