I gossip with my all my girlfriends. Not denying that at all. But believe it or not I get the best juicy stories from my straight and gay male friends. I think people trust men more and tell men more things not knowing they WILL go behind their backs.

Women gossip more openly and usually to men and other women while men usually only gossip to other men and are less straightforward.
So the amount of gossiping going on is the same just more noticeable in women.

Both gossip, but I think women do a little more. I've never seen a man get caught up in drama with gossip. I think guys just like to talk when no one else is around.

Women! I don't think a day goes by that they do not talk about somebodys business with their girlfriends. The telephone was the worst invention ever made it is the root of all gossip. Take away a woman's telephone and watch her go crazy

i think its equal and depends on the people .... i work at a restaurant and mostly the men come in and gossip or ask about someone else.... employee wise the women...most of the information i get is from men . when i gossip its about sex, my husband, my kids, my family.... when they gossip its about did you read so and so got arrested..lol... that's how it is here anyway

They both gossip equally, but women gossip maliciously and dangerously. Men just like to bullshit some.
