I would say that the U.S. and Europe are the most robust, because they grow steadily and have withstood the test of time. South and East Asia, however, are growing much faster. Part of this is because the technology is available and they were starting from a very low point. They still don't enjoy anything close to the standard of living Americans do, but they are catching up quickly. It is pretty clear that they cannot maintain this growth rate forever (generally growing 6-15% annually), but they are certainly doing well.
