You can use a cleaner with bleach in it, but be careful it is not so strong as to weaken your tops material. I had a light colored top and always cleaned a certian part, that part was the first to wear out.

Autoglym do a soft top cleaner, not sure of actual name of it but you should be able to get it from any good stockist.
I used to work in a Volvo dealership and the valet bay there uses this stuff and it does a great job, we used to charge about 70-80 quid for the service. Most car valeting places should be able to do this for you, unless ur feeling adventurous enough to give it a go for urself, but i'd leave it to a pro.
Hope this helps.

Call a shop that installs convertible tops for ideas on what to clean it with. I would suggest Simple Green or some other heavy duty cleaner but try it in a small area first.

If it's a white top, I'd try 50/50 bleach water with a soft brush, rinse well. I've always known bleach to work well on all mold and your top should be of a canvas material, we use it on the boat all the time.
