I saw a movie that took place in ancient times and the person had fillings!
Also, how tone and buff everyone was as well.

1. Everyone looks perfect (great bodies, great hair, perfect teeth, etc.)
2. Historical films portray women with shaven legs & pits and perfectly waxed eyebrows
3. Whenever a tragedy occurs people either act like it's no big deal or get over really fast
4. There's always a happy ending
5. Things always get wrapped up within 2 hours

Ever notice that all the characters, regardless of where the movie is taking place, speak English? And they all either have old west accents (the American characters) or English accents (everybody who is not supposed to be American). I realize that the movies are made in English for American audiences but if a movie is taking place in Eastern Europe during the 10th century... they won't be speaking English. Use sub-titles! We know how to read! It would make movies so much more authentic feeling.

All the phone numbers start with 555,the high schools are populated by only stoners and/or cool kids,no one goes to the bathroom unless it's to hide or to make a joke,you can hot-wire a car in the time it takes most people to open the car door,almost every family eats dinner at the table,the list is just huge I could go on and on.

How everyone is so well spoken. In every dumb romantic comedy movie all of the characters can form their thoughts so well. Seriously, if everyone walking on the street was capable of articulating their feelings accurately, everyone would be with the person of their dreams.

In alot of the films ive seen,the bad guy is nearly always english or speaks with an english accent!
