If he can stay healthy, he may have a chance to contribute, since the Badgers don't have much depth at WR. But the kid has been plagued by injuries throughout his entire college career thus far.

the fact that he plays WR at Wisconsin, a traditionally running back oriented offense, should tell you all you need to know. He will be average at best. Wisconsin is not known for creating a multitude of NFL quality WRs. You don't go to UW expecting to have a Heisman type season if you are a WR.
So, average at best. He is at the wrong school for WRs.
