ASROCK SKT-775 4COREDUAL-VSTA S/L 1066FSB

Anyone know if it's reliable or not? Good? bad? I looked around, but couldn't really find any reviews or test reviews...

I meant was it reliable as in a company that can be trusted with their products. Reason I ask is I'm looking for a MB similar to that cause I still want to be able to use my AGP videocard and ram (pc2700), but also have the ability later on to be able to use PCI-E when I want to upgrade to a better vcard. The only thing that lacks is the MB supports only up to 2G of mem. while a P4P800-E supports 4G of mem, but doesn't have PCI-E

Sounds good enough.

I had one of that model myself.
So far I didn't have any problem, everything running pretty good and fast with Intel Core 2 Duo.
What I'd like about this MB is you can use AGP/PCE-EX, DDR 1 and DDR 2, also it support Quad Core CPU.
