PMS is Prementrual syndrome..

You can feel anxious, depressed and have uncontrollable crying spells...
You can also get headache, migraine, fluid retention, fatigue, constipation, painful joints, backache, abdominal cramping, heart palpitations and weight gain.

Pre-Menstrual Syndrome..

Bascially just before your period your hormones are running wild all over your body causing many symptoms like mood swings, cramps, hot flushes, cold chills, cravings.. etc.. some women have it worse then others.

I know a girl who suffers major depression during PMS...
