1. Open My computer
2. open properties with right click C:\
3. On the General Tab, click Disk Cleanup
4. check the checkbox next to the option "System Restore:Obsolete Data Stores"(it would be already checked by default)
5. Click on Ok
6. Click yes
The files would be erased.

right click on any drive you want to delete restore points
click properties
then disk cleanup
then click more options
and choose the last option on the screen
your all restore points shall be deleted
