I have got admits from SDSU and UAH. Still not yet decided where to go. Can i book the visa dates using the I-20 of UAH and then after obtaining my visa, can I join SDSU..?? Plz tel me can i do like this..??

I believe you can. If you decided to change school after you enter US, just contact USCIS (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis) and tell them you have decide to move. That's it. Every university has a department that take care of this matter for foreign student. Seek their help.
U Alabama @ Huntsville is quite a small town and boring place. SDUS...you mean San Diego State University and not South Dakota State University? If San Diego State University...you go boy/girl. Do not waste time with the I-20 of UAH. Oh well, I mean you decide after all.
