Yes it is possible if you have started your period. Some of the signs are cramping, bloating (feeling like you have gotten fatter and your clothes are a little tight), unexlpained moodiness such as feeling sad or irritated for no reason. Medications like Pamprin or ibuprofen can help with some of those problems.

If you are having a period you can PMS! Congratulations and welcome to womanhood. Symptoms may vary woman to woman and you may not have the same symptoms every cycle. Symptoms include: acne, breast swelling and tenderness, feeling tired, having trouble sleeping, upset stomach, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea, headache or backache, appetite changes or food cravings, joint or muscle pain, trouble concentrating or remembering, tension, irritability, mood swings, or crying spells, anxiety or depression. Enjoy! Drinking rasberry tea is a natural way to relieve many of these symptoms.

It's definitely possible. You can get bloated, have back aches, be more irritable than usual, just not feel rational.
