I would open a neighborhood tavern -- bar & restaurant. With good drinks, fair prices, great food, and great service. Nothing fancy.
I would have live music on Friday & Saturday nights. I would want a place that appealed to the 30-50 year olds (the ones with all the money - LOL) and was somewhere they could relax and feel at ease. No bar brawls!

If I were to open up my own club it would be from age 21 and up and for people who know how to behave. I would call it The Quarterly Lounge and there would be a mixture of different kinds of music but it would be more of an upscale type of club not to upscale but upscale enough so that it's enjoyable for people who know how to behave and have fun without all of the fighting and gun shooting and nonsense like that. You would have to dress to impress. No sneakers, or jeans.

I'm opening a sex/swingers club soon, but havent decided on a name yet. It will be for members only, so probably something like that name.

a meeting place/dance lounge for young adults
I would have various bands play on the weekends<--they spend the most money on that kind of entertainment.
