I don't think I've worn one since like '95, in fifth grade. What exactly made them soooo uncool?

I'm not saying I care about whether or not they're cool. I was just wondering why you don't see them anymore.
And don't judge, lady. I do care about my hair very much, thanks. It's in perfect condition, scrunchie or not. Snot.

i changed from wearing a scrunchie to just plain ouchless elastic bands. more clean polished look for work. I do wear my old scrunchies when I am at home or doing housework or something. The old ones were just ugly and it looked so matchy matchy when you wore them color coordinated to your outfit.

I wear scrunchies because everything else tears my hair. I have no idea what makes them so uncool. anyways, why should it matter what sort of thing holds your hair back if it WORKS.

yes i use scrches when i clean my house--it gets all hair away from face. todays trend is elastics for hair. u want the pony to stand out--not the scrunchie. hope this helps!

I wear them when doing housework and when sleeping as I have long hair that gets in the way of everything and I can get tangeled in it at night.

If you're trying to see if it's still okay to waer them i whouldnt try it unless your a trend stter type of person or it's not a good ideas at all dont use them way to out of style there sooooo 1936

well i still wear them i mean there isn't anything wrong with them if you want to wear one, wear it they're not uncool it's just u hardly c any1 wearin' them

I still use them, although not on myself, on my five-year-old daughter. My hair isn't long enough.

I do!!! But my hair is past my butt!!! I don't care what people think!! It is for a function not for people to like!!! They don't break your hair like rubber bands!! & I care about my hair!! Too bad you don't & too worried about what people think!!!
