im just got off the depo shot not to long ago now i am bleeding like crazy and i have the worst cramps known to man any one know how long the bleeding will last and how to help with the cramps i have tried meds and everything

eat jello it helps so much also lots of water and walking about the bleeding it can last up for a little over a month and theres nothing we can do about it b/c if there was a way to stop bleeding when im on my period it do it every month so i wouldnt have one but unfortunalty until our bodies tells us then i guess were f**ked

I bled a lot too when I came off the shot. Like a month or more. I would not recommend the shot unless you can't be trusted to take a pill religously. I thought it was real convenient but comming off it was horrible.

Talk to your doctor!!!
I got off the shot after four years and did not have bleeding like that BUT I had also started Kariva right away because (I hate to say it) I wanted my periods back!
Glad to hear you got off of depo.
Now call your doc!!
