I get this message a lot and my computer shuts off and restarts, I was wondering if anyone knew what i had to and what that means.

This error means that a device that is a hardware component of your computer is not working properly and Windows is having a serious problem with it. Windows might be having a problem with the Driver of the Device. A driver is a piece of software code that makes a device work. Contact any engineer near you to fix the problem as you discover the device which needs the care. you can also the person to check the device as your computer isn't starting peacefully!

One of the software for one of your hardware device (ie. sound card or network card for example) is not functional or damaged, its a case of finding out which and then replace the drivers.
