Which do you prefer, and more importantly, WHY?

I live in SF - have never heard of Blimpies. Are they in the SF Bay Area?
I can, however, say why I like Subway: The bread is always fresh and has good flavor. They have a great selection, and excellent prices. They give calorie information up front, so a person can make an informed choice. You get to customize your sandwich with alot of choices with which to do so. The veggies are always fresh. But ultimately I like Subway because the sandwiches consistently taste good and are relatively healthy.
P.S. I have tried Quiznos a few times, and I thought the food was awful.

There aren't too many by me anymore, but I used to like Blimpies better than Subway because the sandwiches I liked tasted better. Now its either Subway or Quiznos.

I have never been to Blimpies, but I really like Subway because it is very tasty they have a great varity and best of all it is healthy. Also it is always so clean in there and the people that work there are nice. I can tell a huge difference in Subway then lets say Taco Bell and McDonalds. Subway is a great place.

Blimpies is the better choice of the two. The meat and veggies are usually fresher, but it's usually a little more expensive then Subway also.

I have never heard of Blimpies, so by default my asnwer is Subways. If one was to ask me to chose between Subways & Phillies Best, I was say hands down without a doubt Phillies. The cost of Phillies is about that of Subway with extra meat, but at Philles there is more meat. I only eat the Philly Steak & Turkey Breast sandwiches. The Cheese Steak is hot & the Turkey Breast is cold. Possibly more fat in Phillies, I don't know, but more flavor for sure.

Never heard of Blimpies either, but I hate Subway so much that I'm sure I'd prefer Blimpies!
Subway's bread is just the crappiest I've ever tasted, and those crooks try to sell you their cheap sandwiches as if it were healthy. You can easily fix tastier, healthier sandwiches at home and it will cost half the money.
