I hear you. I am 37w 5d. I am working until NEXT Friday!! Practically to the big day!
I have moved to flip flops baggy cotton pants and dreading the next two weeks.
Id like to be at home but I would be still be miserable looking at all her things, and sitting in her nursery. At least at work I am busy, and getting paid.
Hang tight, your almost there!!

I know how you feel im 37 weeks and dying. I cant wait for him to come so I dont have to work for a lil while. It has been so hard. The only time I am comfortable is when I am at home with a bunch of pillows and blankets. Good luck tho

i worked while pregnant w/both my kids. the last month was pretty uncomfortable for me as well. You hang in there. Sounds like you don't have that far to go! Try to keep moving around as much as you can. stand up & stretch a little. Make sure that when you do sit down at your desk that you have good posture. Try putting your feet up on something too. Good luck w/your delivery!

I had my son at 37 1/2 weeks and was working when I started going into labor. Thank god my water didn't break at work! I know though, it's so hard to concentrate on anything you're so uncomfortable. Just hang in there! And early congrat's!

I worked til the day my son was born. I left work & went for an ultrasound (on a Friday) when they told me to go to labor & delivery & he was born the next Monday. I was 37.5 weeks along. I know exactly how you feel believe me. The last trimester was last summer & I was misserable. I wish I knew how to tell you to cope with it but it just seems like there is no real way to. Good luck & Congrats. You don't have much longer to go.

No i had to stop working in my 6th month. I hear stories of women who worked through the whole thing. But i was so uncomfortable, Im a baker so the hot ovens, smell of food first thing in the morning (4 AM), was horrible. I had hot flashes, and first thing in the morning smelling all those goodies baking, would make me vomit. If you can do it, more power to you. But Im about 15 wks away from my due date collecting unemployment. I didnt make it. But good luck.

I'm only 26 weeks, I sit at a desk all day. My back is killing me. But I'm going to hang in there and stay until I go into labor.
