I almost have to make myself eat because I am not hungry for anything. I also have been really feeling really sick to my stomach and having to go to the bathroom (number 2) all the time. My heart burn is so bad especially at night and I feel like I eat more tums and water than anything. Is anyone else feeling me here?

I felt a lot like you at this point in my pregnancies and I've been through it three times now. Part of the appetite loss has to do with the size of your uterus now. It's really squeezing your stomach making it hard to eat a meal without feeling totally stuffed. It's also what is causing the heartburn.
I would keep Maalox in the fridge so it would be nice and cool and drink a spoonful of that before bedtime. Then I would prop myself up on pillows to make reflux less likely.
There's some good news, though. In a few weeks, when your baby "drops" or engages in the pelvis, it will take a lot of pressure off of your stomach so eating might be a little more comfortable again and the heartburn might ease up slightly.

i had this at 23 weeks...its because the baby is getting so big he/she is pressing on all ur other organs mashing on ur stomach makin less room for food and moving the acid around which is giving u heartburn.
i put myself on a schedule to eat every 4 hrs at least a little something. even if its a little cup of applesauce or some cereal.

I know exactly what you mean. Just be careful not to lose weight and try to get lots of nutrients from what you DO eat.
