The radio just makes me sick..I blame the consumers following the music labels like sheep!

Its because of de-regulation of the radio industry. There used to be competition so station owners were always looking for new music to compete better with other stations. Now the whole radio industry is owned by a hand ful of corporations. They decide what to play based on not rocking the boat, by playing it safe, so new music is crushed. Fine. Abandon radio. Let the radio industry die. It really should. Its more than outlived its usefulness.

definite I do! music grow to be greater helpful in the ninety's while rock,r&b, and hip hop have been so dazzling. Im listening to an r&b track from 11 years in the past surprising now. those have been the days. I cant stand music because of the fact 2000.

if you're in the USA I'm very surprised you'd say new music really sucks. From some contest on American Idol there have been thousands of entries of lyrics to be put to music, plus new music/lyrics having been put out by the Idols themselves. I was recently thinking this time frame has been the best in many years. I remember when music really did suck.

Ill educated artists with good voices doesn't make for good "new" stuff. Listen to a lot of Destiny's Child's music and similar artists...it all sounds the same to me and I listen to a lot of different genres. Baaaa, Baaaa! lol, sheep! :D

the new music now doesn't suck that bad. it's only after they play it over and over again that i think it starts to sound like crap.

yea i agree all the songs these days on the radios like all have to do about girls shaking their asses. and like " this is why im hott" i bet that took time to think about. songd today have no meaning
