why does brass have less resistance than nichrome?

I was wondering why - is it less density or something?

Density has nothing to do with resistance. Gold is denser than anything mentioned here and it is one of the best conductors available.

Brass is a copper and zinc alloy and both of those elements are conductors.

its definatly density... thats what makes the particals have less room, nichrome is more dense than brass.
