Russian communities in America?

Question

I want to move somewhere warm in America... so far the contenders are: Louisiana, california, new mexico, maryland, oregon, hawaii... Are there any Russian communities/populations in any of those states? I hope. I hope. I hope... especially Louisiana.

There's an area of san francisco that has a few russian shops and at least one church. I probably hear russian spoken once or twice a month (I think, a lot of "dobros" but of course that might not necessarily be russian).

UPDATE: Just re-read what you wrote, San Francisco is NOT warm though.
