Of course you have risk - have you herd the one about the lawyer that does his own legal work - he has a fool for a client. I used legalzoom for all the incorporation documents I needed for an LLC and an S corportation - then I had my business lawyer review the work. This saved me about 1000 and made me much more familiar with the documents because I had to read them to know what I needed and wanted.
