After three months without my period I told my mom, and we went to the doctors and they sadi I wasnt pregnant, with a urine test, and before that I took three home pregnancy tests that said I wasnt pregnant, but know its been four months, and I still havent had my period , and my friends keep saying my stomach looks like I am pregnant, and then I got worried, that what if the doctor made a mistake. Can I still be pregnant?

Four months with no periods is a concern. You should have a doctor do a BLOOD TEST. The urine test aren't 100% reliable. Be on the safer side, and have things checked out. Something could be wrong. Don't take chances with your body. Doctors aren't perfect beings, so they're not always 100% accurate. That's why it's called "practicing medicine." No two bodies are exactly the same.

It's unlikely, but it is possible, again, very unlikely. I'd call the doctor and tell him/her that you still haven't had a period and ask to come. I assume this isn't normal for you so they'll probably want to draw blood before giving you something to jump start your period. Ask the doctor about Provera. It's basically progesterone that you take for 10 days and it fools your body into thinking that you've ovulated and then you have a period. It will most likely be a heavier flow because there is four months worth of shedding to be done.
The doctor's stick tests are pretty strong so it should have picked up pregnancy by this point. I don't know how old you are, but I had problems with my period when I was younger. I started when I was 13 and it stopped completely between 14 and 17.

If the doctor said your not pregnant then you aren't because by 3 months your hormones would have been existing enough for the urine test to come back positive. There is some reason for you not getting your period though, that is not normal. You need to go back to your doctor & find out why you are not getting your period. If you are on birth control there are some types of birth control that prevents you from getting a period though.

There are such things as false negatives. Go back to your doctor and get a blood test-theyre more accurate. If it still shows that you're not pregnant, ask him what could be the cause of your missed periods and the bloating (Im assuming you may look bloated if your stomach is starting to round out a bit).

I'd go back to the Dr. just to make sure. My periods used to be normal, every month like clockwork and then for no reason, they started getting weird. Now I on'y have one every 3 or 4 months. The Dr. says it's normal so I'm not worried about it. I just had a baby last year so it didn't affect concieving at all. But def. go to the Dr. they'll be able to ease your mind.

I am surprised your dr did not do a more through work-up. There are many things that can stop a period, and you may have a hormone imbalance, a tumor, or other issues. call you dr for a full physical

its possible- get a blood test for accurate results and then have a check up anyway as there could be another reason you have not had your period- a full physical exam should help figure it out.

You can always request a blood test. But I would make an appointment with my OB/GYN anyway because something is obviously up.
