I'm taking a course right and there's a lot to read and I was just wondering if there is any vitamins I can take to make me remember things that I read or boost my memory or make me focus. Thanks for your help

Try Ginkgo biloba. It is good for the memory. I used it before and I feel it really work. However, once I read that it has blood thinning effect. However, I am still alive till now, so I guess it is ok. Best is that you consult your physician before you consume. You should be able to find this in most pharmacy.
